Who Am I?

I’m Coach Pat. I’ve been a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Gym Owner for over a decade. But more importantly I’m a dad of 2 young girls.

I remember all my friends joking that I “would get fat” when we were expecting our second girl. And guess what?

It never happened.

I’m not gifted genetically, I’m normal just like you. I stayed in shape (and honestly got in better shape) because of a series of structures and principles.
