1. What is Semi- Private Personal Training?

Semi-Private training is a completely individualized personal training program that takes place in a super small group. The group is capped at 6.

That means that every workout, exercise, set and rep you perform here is programed just for you.

Semi-Private Training provides all the benefits of one on one personal training, at a lower cost and with a more flexible schedule. You’ll get in depth coaching, personalized programming and lifestyle support all within the energy of a small group of no more than 5 people.

Whether you want to do your first push up, or deadlift 400 pounds we will create the perfect program for you. We’re not like commercial gyms because we build our programs around you.

Individualization is the single most important tool in the fitness world. Everyone has a different circumstance. They have different limb lengths, training history and levels of self confidence. By individualizing the program and movement selection we account for all of those things.  We will build your confidence by finding the right regression of each movement (while progressing it once it's ready), we will maximize your potential for hypertrophy by utilizing the proper leverage for your limb lengths and we will build strength by finding the right set/rep and load scheme for you and your metabolism.

Most fitness programs are not designed to get you fit for the rest of your life. They're designed to get you in and get you out, or to make you feel dependent on them forever. Ours is not like that. Our goal is to train ourselves out of a job. We will make you confident, strong and educated so you stay fit for the rest of your life.

During your first session we’ll discuss your goals, any injury history and your previous training so we can write the perfect program for you.
