Learn the fundamentals of boxing while getting a killer workout

Learn how to master your jab while building muscle and shedding fat.  You will train like a fighter, honing your striking while building your athletic capacity through strenuous exercise.

This class will utilize the fundamentals of boxing and will teach you how to dominate the heavy bag, mitts and create fun combinations.  

This class is structured:

  • 6 rounds of 4 minutes

  • 6 rounds of striking and footwork

  • 6 rounds of fight camp exercises

You will learn how to strike properly and efficiently while building the strength and endurance necessary to endure the championship rounds.
