Our Posterior based class builds strength, size and sculpts your derrière through hard work, weights and sweat.  Each 60 minute class covers flexibility, mobility and uses classic weight room techniques to get you stronger and sculpted in the shortest amount of time.  This is a lower body weight training circuit class set to high tempo music.
