Alright, that sounded a little too fancy. This is a barre class with high energy and loud music where you actually lift weights.
Bad Ass Barre is a total body workout that will help you craft a balanced, flexible, strong and toned body. It is a high energy class that does not require any prior dance or lifting experience.
